Weekly Shabath.
The Weekly Shabath brings with it a blessing for us from Yahuah, if we do it!!
Doing the Shabath is actually a covenant (legal document). (Shemoth / Exo 31:16).
Barashith / Gen 2:3 “And Alahim blessed the 7th yom and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which Alahim in creating had made".
We know that 6 days Alahim worked (remember this is following the Hebrew Calendar not the Roman). Yahuah started on the first day of the Hebrew Calendar which is Sunday and worked 6 days and rested on the seventh day which is called shabath (not “saturday”). Then the weekly cycle started again. On the contrary if we refuse to enter Covenant, which we are free to do then we bring upon ourselves a curse.
(Shemoth / Exodus 31:13-17) “And you speak to the children of Yisharal, saying, ’My Shabath’s you are to guard, by all means, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations to know that I, Yahuah am setting you apart. And you shall guard the Shabath, for it is set-apart to you. Everyone who profanes it will certainly be put to death,.And the children of Yisharal shall guard the Shabath, to observe the Shabath throughout their generations as a lasting covenant. Between Me and the children of Yisharal, it is a sign forever. For in six yomin Yahuah made the shamayim and the arets, and on the 7th yom He rested and was refreshed.”
We follow this example by living in weekly cycles of seven days to receive our blessing. Which do we want to live - Curses or blessings?
WHEN WE OPEN OUR EYES, I MEAN REALLY OPEN OUR EYES, WE SEE HOW MANY ARE PROFANING THE SHABATH - IT IS NO WONDER WE SEE THE CURSES OF EGYPT IN SCRIPTURE, RIFE ON THE HUMAN RACE.IT BRINGS TO MIND THE SCRIPTURES OF MATT 24 and THE WARNINGS WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN ABOUT WHAT IS COMING ONTO MANKIND.
PRAISE YAHUAH THOSE IN COVENANT WILL NOT EXPERIENCE THE FLAMES OF DESTRUCTION. JUST THE WAY SHADRAK, MEYSHACK and ABEND-NEGO WERE SUPERNATURALLY PROTECTED FROM THE FURNACE WHICH WAS HEATED 7 TIMES HOTTER. SO THOSE IN COVENANT WILL BE SIMILARLY PROTECTED ON THAT DAY OF YAHUAH.
WE SHOULD BE IN CELEBRATION OF THE COMING KING. REJOICING IN EXPECTATION and ENTERING INTO HIS LOVE IN A DEEPER CAPACITY.
WE SHOULD BE “LIVING IN CONTEXT” TO YAHUSHA’S LOVE, for he is TEACHING US HOW TO LIVE IN CONTEXT TO SCRIPTURE and HIS LOVE.
