Creation took place in 4004 BCE, dating the Great Deluge to 2348 BCE. Subtracting the lower from the higher number - we get the flood at 1656 years before Yahusha appeared on earth.
600 years BCE Isaiah was prophesying to Yisharal about their behaviour. The whole nation at that time was living under the covenant, they knew what food was clean and unclean, they knew about the curses and blessings on behaviour. If men broke these rules the whole nation could be struck with tragedy and this was for a witness to the nations that Yahuah protected His people. When the covenant was ACTIVE in Yisharal, they had a steady stream of people coming in to live under the covenant.
Since the flood men were wanting to break away in secret and worship and eat other things that were unclean. They did this in secret because they still wanted the blessings from Yahusha in their life and we know this is impossible and even today it is still impossible. ISAIAH 65:2-4 recently struck me and keeps playing on my mind and I feel is a really important message . . . . just look at the words:
"I HAVE HELD OUT MY HANDS ALL DAY LONG TO A STUBBORN PEOPLE, WHO WALK IN A WAY THAT IS NOT GOOD, AFTER THEIR OWN THOUGHTS; THE PEOPLE WHO PROVOKE ME CONTINUALLY TO MY FACE, WHO SLAUGHTER IN GARDENS AND BURN INCENSE ON ALTARS OF BRICK; WHO SIT AMONG THE GRAVE AND SPEND THE NIGHT IN SECRET PLACES, WHO EAT FLESH OF PIGS AND THE BROTH OF UNCLEAN MEAT IS IN THEIR POTS".
All the way through history men have been sneaking around working against Turah truth, wanting to make people unclean (Satan's plan), by following these strange behaviours done in secret, under penalty of death. The same thing happened before the deluge, the bloodline of men was rendered unclean and needed destruction.
6 days Yahuah worked and the 7th He rested. Looking today at these things that were done in secret, which Isaiah prophesied against. Would you say the festivals of our Calendar Event System are actually the filthy things done in the groves, grave yards etc, have dominated our society? What is wrong has been made right. No longer are they following the Covenant, but are wallowing in unclean worship defiling themselves.
I think we are getting very close to end the 6th day !!
