YOUR BODY IS MY TEMPLE

How can Yahusha use your body for His purposes if you’re

Full of doubt, unbelief, and negative demon thoughts?

“Do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Set-Apart Spirit who is in you… therefore esteem Alahim in your body and in your spirit, which are Alahim’s.” 1 COR 6:19–20

Scripture is clear: the human body is not neutral territory. It is either being influenced, inhabited, and directed by the Spirit of Alahim — or it is being interfered with by foreign thoughts, lies, and spiritual opposition. There is no vacuum in the unseen realm, we are always influenced by the supernatural!

  • The spiritual realm is never void. If an unclean spirit leaves, the space does not remain empty; it is either filled with something/SOMEONE better or something worse.

  • To successfully remove a negative spiritual influence, it must be replaced by a positive one. If a person simply empties themselves of negative habits without replacing them with Yahusha's truth, the void leaves them vulnerable to returning to a worse condition.

  • The spirit realm dictates what happens in the physical world. Therefore, occupying your spiritual "house" with Yahusha's Spirit transforms your physical life, choices, and environment as you go through the Narrow Gate Vain of True Deliverance!

Yahusha taught that when a demon spirit leaves a person, it returns to find the "house" (the being) swept clean but empty. It then brings seven other spirits more wicked than itself, making the final condition worse. This illustrates that trying to clean up one's life without filling it with the Spirit of Yahusha is impossible! ...  MATT 12:43

Yahusha does not merely want belief in theory. He desires a clean, obedient, yielded vessel through which His life can be expressed. But the battlefield where this is decided is not first behaviour — it is the mind.

What Are “Thoughts” in Scripture?

(English & Hebrew Understanding)

HEBREW FOR THOUGHT

1. Machashavot (מַחֲשָׁבוֹת) — Thoughts, plans, intentions

This is the primary Hebrew word used when Scripture speaks of Alahim’s thoughts versus man’s thoughts.

“For My thoughts (machashavot) are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares Yahuah" IS 55:8

This word implies deliberate mental constructions — not fleeting ideas, but formed inner reasoning.

2. Yetzer (יֵצֶר) — Inclination, impulse, formation of thought

This word describes the inner inclination that gives birth to thoughts.

“Yahuah saw that the wickedness of man was great… and that every inclination (yetzer) of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” GEN 6:5

This shows that thoughts are not morally neutral — they are shaped by an internal influence.

3. Lev / Levav (לֵב / לֵבָב) — Heart-mind

In Hebrew thinking, the heart and mind are one. Thoughts are spiritual before they are intellectual.

“Guard your heart (lev), for out of it flow the issues of life.” PRO 4:23

Thoughts of Alahim vs Thoughts of Man

(Every Key Scripture)

THOUGHTS OF ALAHIM

Isaiah 55:8–9 — His thoughts are higher

Jeremiah 29:11 — Thoughts of peace, not evil

Psalm 40:5 — Many are His wonderful thoughts toward us

Psalm 139:17 — How precious are Your thoughts toward me

Isaiah 14:24 — What He has purposed, He will do

👉 Alahim’s thoughts produce life, clarity, order, peace, obedience, and fruit.

THOUGHTS / WAYS OF MAN

Genesis 6:5 — Thoughts continually evil

Proverbs 14:12 — A way that seems right but ends in death

Jeremiah 17:9 — The heart is deceitful

Isaiah 65:2 — Walking in ways not good, after their own thoughts

Psalm 94:11 — Yahuah knows the thoughts of man, that they are futile

👉 Human-originated thoughts produce confusion, pride, fear, doubt, self-rule, and death.

Where Do Doubt, Unbelief & Negative Thoughts Come From?

They do NOT originate from Yahusha Alahim!

“Alahim is not the author of confusion.” 1 COR 14:33

Scripture shows three sources of thoughts:

1. The Flesh (fallen human nature)

Inherited from Adam — inclined toward self-rule.

“The mind of the flesh is death.” ROM 8:6

2. The World (system opposed to Yahusha)

Cultural thinking, education, psychology, religion without power.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the washing of your mind.” ROM 12:2

3. Demonic Interference (Unseen Spiritual Influence)

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against rulers, authorities, powers of darkness… spiritual wickedness in the heavenlies.” 2 COR 10:3–5 / EPH 6:12

Demonic spirits do not usually speak audibly.

They inject thoughts, accusations, doubts, fears, heaviness, despair — and then retreat, hoping the human will accept the thought as their own.

This is why Scripture commands:

“Take every thought captive to the obedience of Messiah.” 2 COR 10:5

If thoughts were always self-generated, this command would make no sense.

Why These Thoughts Block the Temple of the Body

Yahusha’s life flows through obedient, believing, clean vessels.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see Alahim.” MATT 5:8

Doubt, unbelief, and demonic thoughts:

• Grieve the Spirit

• Quench trusting belief

• Block spiritual authority

• Prevent behavioural fruit from forming

• Keep the mind/body in bondage

A body filled with fear and unbelief cannot host the full expression of Yahusha’s life.

The True Warfare: The 9 Fruits of the Spirit

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, self-control.” GAL 5:22–23

These 9 fruits are not emotions — they are evidence of spiritual victory.

They are the opposite of demonic influence:

  • Love drives out fear

  • Joy overrides weakness

  • Peace destroys anxiety

  • Self-control silences compulsion

  • Trusting-belief overcomes doubt

This is why Yahusha's fruit is warfare.

How Yahusha Uses a Clean Temple

Yahusha uses a body that:

• Rejects foreign thoughts

• Submits to His Words

• Walks in daily obedience

• Discerns the unseen battle

• Washes the mind continually with His Words

“Who then is a wise and faithful servant, whom his Master made ruler over His household?” MATT 24:45

The faithful servant is not 100% perfect, but alert, disciplined, and loyal thought by thought, day by day, waiting and serving until Yahusha returns shortly!

THE ANSWER?

How can Yahusha use your body for His purposes if you’re

Full of doubt, unbelief, and negative demon thoughts?

👉 He cannot — until those thoughts are exposed, rejected, and replaced with His truth.

The temple must be cleansed before Yahusha's kabod glory can dwell.

This is the true path of overcoming.

Not denial. Not garbage psychology.

But discernment, obedience, and washing of the mind under Yahusha Alahim’s authority.
