In summery, to ENJOY from the Hebrew, has two sides: when of the self, it wears us out, but on the other side it also makes us joyful & satisfied. (Now that’s a hard place to reach ... but attainable!!)

Trusting that Yahuah has a handle on our lives is our only source of hope... With full trust in Yahusha we'll get happiness & won't need to worry about our future!

Nehemiah: 8;10... "the joy of Yahuah is your strength." One of the fruits of behaviour is JOY.

John 10:10 "The thief comes to steal and kill. I have come that you may have life, and have it in all its fullness."

Constantly, there are thoughts that disagree with these promises, and if we let them slip into our hearts, we act it out and become depressed. They will never stop! Most people are not aware of demonic powers in the airwaves, pulling down & taking our joy.. Look the Word says, they come to steal our life, hate & kill all joy or hope!!! All depression is demonic activity & people are not even aware they're being so deceived & under attack.
